本研究之目的乃針對紡紗流程中之產品，藉由均勻度試驗儀(Evenness Tester)所偵測出之週期變異圖(Spectrogram)，以電腦來輪助分析細紗機、粗紗機、併條機等產生不均勻機械波的原因，提供快速、正確、操作簡易，並能連接硬體容易擴充的電腦軟體專家系統。
The Expert System is a carefully designed research for the product of spinning procedure. Thin is according evenness tester gets the inspection on Spectrogram that may compute an auxiliary analyses for the cause of unevenness mechanical wave from spinning frame, roving frame and drawing frame…etc. The Expert System is not only proper to provide simple use, fast service, correct report and also easy to link the more extensive storage capacity hardware system.
