本文係以三種凝集劑及十種陽離子劑型高分子助相互配合,來處理染整廢水,探討其對廢水之脫色及去除COD之效果,以及不同濃度之有效助劑對脫除殘液染料量之影響且定量地求出其脫除量;並比較染料和助劑及凝集反應用後之結構形態,經實驗結果得知系統廢水隨著凝集劑及助劑用量之增加,其處理效果愈顯著,但不論實驗室或工廠廢水皆以硫酸鐵配合高分子長鏈烷基銨基銨離子,且用量取6:1時,可效果最佳且處理結果;其脫色率幾達98%以上。
This study was concerned with decolorization and removing chemical oxygen demand (COD) of dyeing wastewater treated with different coagulant and cationic polymeric auxiliaries-From results found when the ferric sulfate made up polymeric alkyl ammonium auxiliaries that ratio about 6:1 can obtain the best and economic effectiveness ,the average decolorization ratio is above 98% and the transparency of wastewater is above 25cm and the average ratio of removing C.O. D is about 75%, The best pH of decloribation is 6-9, all results of treating the dyeing wastewater of mills are similar to those in the laboratory.
