本實驗係利用熱熔性複合纖維〈PE/PP〉爲材料,經開流棉,疊棉以及預軋的過程製成扁平狀棉綱,然後置於烘箱中加以熱風處理,當熱風溫度超過PE成分的軟化點後,纖維外層開始有熔融現象而政使棉綱中的纖維産生膠合狀態。將此熱風處理過的非織物進行壓縮彈性、強度、抗疲勞度等物性測試;結果顯示,隨著熱風處理溫度的增加,其物性皆有改善,尤以140℃、2min所得之物性較優,但超過140℃以後,其物性則有衰劣的趨勢。由此結果可知經使用熱熔複合纖維爲材料的非織物,其膨鬆性及壓縮彈性回復率遠比使用一般纖維材料高出甚多。
In this study, a high bulky nonwoven web were made of bicmponent fibers (PE/PP) through opening, carding and preneedle punch process. The testing samples were obtained by place the webs in oven treated with various temperature and caring time. Then we measured the breaking strength、recovery of compression elasticity and compression protration of the samples, and to compare the untreatment nonwoven fabric which were made of normal synthetic fibers. From the experimetal results, we knew that the bicomponent fiber's web are better than normal one in most of the mechanical properties.
