Abstract:	在本篇論文中我們算出兩種表示鈦擴散波導之模態光場的函數，並做比較，此結果可用於末來之元件設計上。 In this paper, we calculate the mode parameters of the two trial function for Ti-diffused waveguides and compare them. These results can be used to design the future devices.
