本研究針對團隊成員交換關係對知識分享與各構面之獨立影響效果加以探討。並以信任為中介變項,釐清自變項團隊成員交換關係與依變數知識分享間之關係。本研究以台灣北部地區百貨業之服務團隊成員為對象,共回收152套問卷。本研究發現,在團隊成員交換關係對分享個人知識及促進學習動機有正向影響。在中介效果方面,情感型信任在團隊成員交換關係與分享個人知識、分享學習機會與促進學習動機間具中介效果。
This research question is discusses this research to plan in view of the team member exchange the relations to perform to the knowledge sharing independence of influence effect with each construction surface to discuss. Furthermore, take trusts as intervening variable, clear the relations from independent variable the team members exchange with dependent variable knowledge share.The questionnaires returns effective sample altogether 152 sets, The result this research show that the team member exchange to share individual knowledge and the promotion study motive has to the influence. In the intermediary effect aspect, the emotion trust has intermediary effect between team members exchange and shares individual knowledge, the share study opportunity, the promotion study motive.
