由於全球經濟之不景氣,相對的形成商圈之店租偏高。因此,使得於不景氣下之偏高店租成為店家較沉重之負擔。有鑑於過去研究與當今的調查結果指出,於台灣台北市眾多商圈店舖之閒置情形中,卻是以天母商圈高居於店舖閒置之冠。因此,此研究的動機在於探討商圈店鋪之閒置現況,並以台灣台北市的天母商圈為例;期望能夠藉由此研究的探討,進而可以改善目前天母商圈過高之閒置情形。此外,此研究將選定之研究方法為問卷調查法及交叉分析法。以SPSS統計分析軟體之交叉分析法所演算而得之數據來加以進行分析與討論。有鑑於此,於全球經濟不景氣之衝擊下,致使得天母商圈店鋪閒置情形偏高;亦或是其它因素所造成店舖商家紛紛撤離並導致商圈失去其競爭能力。最後,期望能夠藉由此研究的相關分析與討論來作為未來提供予有關機關之決策參考。
As the global economy recession, the formation of relatively higher shop rental fee in business area. Therefore, the higher shop rental fee makes the shops which come with heavy burden under economic recession circumstance. In the viewing of past research and current survey results indicate that the Tienmu business area gets the champion of shop idle under many shop idle circumstance in Taipei, Taiwan. The motivation of this study, therefore, is to discuss the current shop idle circumstance and to use the Tienmu business area as case study; it expects to improve the current higher shop idle circumstance in Tienmu business area through discussions of this study. In addition, this study is going to select questionnaire survey and cross-analysis as research methods. Analyzing and discussing the calculus data which are obtained by the cross-analysis of SPSS statistical analysis software. In view of this, it leads the higher shop idle circumstance in Tienmu business area under the impact of the global economy recession; it also causes business shops pull out and lead business area lost its competitive abilities by other reasons. It expects, finally, to use correlation analysis and discussion of this study to provide decision making for government authority in the future.
