    Title: 臺北市國中教師生活品質之研究
    A Study of Quality of Life for Junior High School Teachers in Taipei City

    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國中教師生活品質之現況及其影響因素。研究採「調查法」,以「立意取樣」的方式選取臺北市28所公私立國民中學之教師為研究樣本,共發放656份問卷,實得有效樣本565份,有效率達86.13%。研究工具包括兩部份:「個人背景資料調查表」及「生活品質量表」。所得資料經電腦統計套裝軟體SPSS 12.0 for Windows進行資料統計及分析,所使用之統計分析方法為:次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析,及薛費事後比較分析等方法。主要研究結果如下:1、臺北市國中教師之「生活品質」略傾向於「滿意」之狀況,其中,在「社會關係範疇」方面之生活品質最佳。2、臺北市國中教師之「生活品質」會因「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」及「教育程度」之不同而有顯著差異存在。3、臺北市國中教師之「生活品質」會因「任教科目」、「任教年資」及「擔任職務」之不同而有顯著差異存在。根據上述研究結果,建議教師宜積極參加適當休閒活動,調適工作中之壓力,以提升個人生心理健康及生活品質。學校方面,宜多考量教師職務上之安排,可依學年或學期之區分,進行教師職務上之輪調,以期生活品質之經營。教育單位方面,宜重視教師生活品質之議題,不定期舉辦生活品質相關之研習活動,以利教師生活品質之提升。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the junior high school teachers' quality of life. This study used survey method. Data was collected from 28 junior high schools in Taipei city. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. Total samples were 656 teachers, valid returned were 533(86.13%). The questionnaire consisted of two sections: ”Personal Background Survey” and ”Quality of Life Scale ”.The statistical analysis using in this study included descriptive statistical, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' test. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1.The quality of life for junior high school teachers in Taipei city slightly tended to be in a ”good” situation. 2. There was a significant relationship between ”quality of life” and ”personal background characteristics”, such as:”age”, ”marital status”, ”educational level”.3. There was a significant difference between ”quality of life” and ”work background characteristics”, such as: ”teaching domain”, ”teaching seniority”, ”position”. According to the findings, this study provides specific suggestions to the junior high school teachers, schools, and educational administration departments.
