摘要: This investigation evaluates the optimal category of entry to Chinese market in insurance industry. The proposed model is identified by using the literature review and Modified Delphi Method (MDM). The relative weights of evaluative criteria are then determined using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), followed by ranking of the optimal alternatives to assist decision makers in evaluating the insurance industry entry to Chinese market. The MDM and AHP -based Multi-Criteria decision-making (MCDM) method for constructing evaluation methods can provide insurance industry decision makers or administrators with a valuable reference for evaluating the optimal category of entry to Chinese market. Importantly, the proposed model can assist decision makers or administrators of insurance industry in assessing the entry to Chinese market, improving applicability for academic and commercial purposes.
