一、 本計畫目標在進行國際學術交流活動，藉由參與國際活動如參加國際會議、參訪國際間樹薯研究中心及大學，取得先進之樹薯種植、採收及加工等技術，期能幫助國內發展種植樹薯以取代進口玉米作為能量飼料之原料。
一、 The purpose of this project is to initiate some international academic interaction. Events including attending international conference or visiting some international cassava research centers and university to gain experiences and knowledge about cultivation, harvesting and processing of cassava. The outcome is expected to be in help to the domestic development in using cassava as energy feedstuff to partially replace imported corn.
