本研究旨在探討臺北地區高職美容科學生學習動機、學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效之研究,並比較不同背景變項學生學習動機、學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效之差異,以了解學習動機、學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效之預測力。
本研究以臺北地區高職美容科2、3年級學生為本研究為施測對象,採問卷調查方式,自編之「臺北地區高職美容科學生學習動機、學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效之問卷」為研究工具,施測問卷共560份,有效回收528 份,回收率94.2%。在資料處理方面,以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關,及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法考驗六個假設,綜合研究結果發現:
一、臺北地區高職美容科學生學習動機、學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效呈現 .05顯著。
二、臺北地區高職美容科學生學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效有.01顯著相關。
三、臺北地區高職美容科學生學習動機能有效預測其學習行為與丙級技術士技能檢定成效,分別達47.3% 及49.9% 之解釋力。
據上述結論與發現,提出具體建議,以供教育機構及後續研究之參考。
In order to understand the predictive power for the effects of the class C certified for skill test between learning motivation and behavior, this research aimed to not only explore the effects of the class C certified for skill test between learning motivation and behavior on the students of beautification department in vocational high school in Taipei area, but also compare the differences in the effects of the class C certified for skill test between learning motivation and behavior from different background students’.
The subjects of this research were based on the students of second and third grade who study at beautification department in vocational high schools in Taipei area. The methodology was by statistical analysis and the research tool was “the questionnaire of the effects of the class C certified for skill test between learning motivation and behavior” made by researcher. This research sent out the questionnaire 560 copies and took back the valid questionnaire 528 copies; the response rate was 94.2%. Regarding the part of data analysis, this research was used in the statistical method of descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and Stepwise Regression and so on to verify 6 hypotheses. The result shows that:
1.The result of the effects of the class C certified for skill test between learning motivation and behavior on the students of beautification department in vocational high school in Taipei area accounts for .05 of all participants.
2.It’s .01 significant correlation with the effects of the class C certified for skill test and learning behavior on the students of beautification department in vocational high school in Taipei area.
3.Learning motivation for the students at beautification department in vocational high school in Taipei area can 47.3% and 49.9% effectively predict the relativity of the learning behavior and the class C certified for skill test.
According to the above conclusions and findings, suggestions are provided as the reference for educational institutes and for future studies as well.
