    題名: 托育機構服務品質、父母自我效能感與親師溝通之相關研究
    A Correlation Study of Daycare Service Quality,Sense of Parent Self-Efficacy and Parent-Teacher Communication

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討托育機構服務品質,父母自我效能感與親師溝通之相關研究。本研究採問卷調查法,以研究者所經營之托育機構內所有家長為對象,以問卷方式進行調查,共發出問卷150份,回收有效問卷共142份。研究使用「個人資料調查表」、「托育服務品質量表」、「父母自我效能量表」與「親師溝通量表」等工具,調查所得資料分別以「描述性統計」、「K-S 分析」「t考驗」、「單因子變異數分析」、「Pearson's 積差相關」、「階層逐步迴歸分析」及「徑路分析」等統計方法加以分析,研究結果摘要如下:
    一、家長知覺托育機構機構服務品質各向度普遍滿意,尤以保證性最為突出。
    二、家長知覺父母自我效能感以照顧效能最為突出;教養信心最低。
    三、家長知覺托育機構親師溝通以溝通氣氛最為突出,但以溝通管道最低。
    四、機構服務品質、父母自我效能感、親師溝通在基本變項與之差異情形,分述如下:
    (一)在性別方面只有親師溝通呈現有差異存在:在溝通效果及親師溝通總分呈現女性家長高於男性家長。
    (二)在年齡方面只有父母自我效能呈現有差異存在:在教養信心、父母自我效能感總分呈現46歲以上高於26-35歲。
    (三)在子女數方面在父母自我效能、親師溝通呈現有差異存在:在照顧效能、教養信心、父母自我效能感總分呈現3人及以上高於1人;在情感溝通效能、教養信心、父母自我效能感總分呈現3人及以上高於2人;在溝通氣氛、溝通效果、親師溝通總分呈現3人及以上分別高於1人及2人。
    (四)在子女就讀本機構時間在托育機構服務品質呈現有差異存在:在有形性、信賴性、機構服務品質3-5年高於未滿1年;在保證性呈現1-2年及3-5年分別高於未滿1年;此外,3-5年也大於5年以上。
    (五)在教育程度上面均無顯著性差異存在。
    (六)在家庭所得上面,在托育機構服務品質呈現有形性、保證性、信賴性、機構服務品質20萬以上高於10萬以下;在父母自我效能教養信心呈現15萬-20萬高於10萬以下。
    (七)在職業上面均無顯著性差異存在。
    五、機構服務品質、父母自我效能感、親師溝通之分向度間呈現中度政相關存在。
    六、在溝通管道與時機以情感溝通效能與教養信心為最佳預測變項,預測率為33.1%;在溝通內容以信賴性、情感溝通效能及照顧效能為最佳預測變項,預測率為36.0%;在溝通氣氛以子女數1人、保證性、情感溝通效能及照顧效能為最佳預測變項,預測率為41.0%;在溝通效果以男性家長、子女數1人、子女數2人、保證性、反應關懷性及情感溝通效能為最佳預測變項,預測率為40.6%;在整體親師溝通總分以子女數1人、反應關懷性、情感溝通效能及教養信心為最佳預測變項,預測率為49.7%。
    七、托育機構服務品質、父母自我效能及親師溝通具有直接效果的因果關係存在。
    最後,依研究結果提出討論並做結論與建議。
    This empirical study aims to examine the association of childcare service quality, parents’ efficacy and parent-teacher in an early childhood setting. This study adopts the census survey method by using paper-and-pencil questionnaires, including parents’ personal data, childcare service quality scale, parents’ efficacy scale and parent-teacher scale. The instruments are reliable and valid by using expert and construct validities and Cronbach’s alpha reliability. The subjects are in total 150 parents enrolled in private-sector childcare in the Ta-an district of Taipei City. The return rate is 100% and the valid rate is 95%.
    Descriptive statistics, K-S analysis, independent sample t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation analysis, hierarchical stepwise regression analysis and path analysis are used to test the hypotheses. Research results are as followed:
    1. There are a couple of gender differences that exist in parent-teacher communication, indicating female parents have higher scores in communication effect and parent-teacher communication total scores than those of male parents.
    2. There are a couple of age differences that exist in parents’ efficacy, indicating parents above 46 have higher scores than those aged between 26 to 35 in their own childcare confidence and parents’ efficacy total score.
    3. There are a few family-size differences that exist in parents’ efficacy and parent-teacher communication. In childcare effect, child-rearing confidence and parents’ efficacy total score, the families with 3 or more children have higher scores than families with only one child; in emotional communication effect, childrearing confidence and parents’ efficacy total score, the families with 3 or more children have higher scores than the families with two children; in the communication atmosphere, communication effect and parent-teacher communication total score, the families with 3 or more children have higher scores than the families with only one child or the families with two children.
    4. There are a few time period differences that exist in childcare service quality. In tangible services, reliability, and childcare service quality total score, the families with children staying over 3-5 years have higher scores than those under one year; in the assurance, the families with children staying 1-2 years or 3-5 years have higher scores than those under one year. Also, the families with children staying 3-5 years have higher scores than those over 5 years.
    5. There are no educational or vocational differences that exist in all scales of measurements.
    6. There are a few family-income differences that exist in childcare service quality and parents’ efficacy. In the tangible services, assurance, reliability, childcare service quality total score, the families with a monthly income over NT$200,000 have higher scores those under NT$100,000. In childrearing confidence, the families with a monthly income between NT$150,000-200,000 have higher scores than those under NT$100,000.
    7. There are moderate correlations that exist among childcare service quality, parents’ efficacy and parent-teacher communication.
    8. For the prediction effect, emotional communication and childrearing confidence are the best predictors of a communication channel and timing with total explained variance of 33.1%; confidence, emotional communication and childrearing effect are the best predictors of communication content with total explained variance of 36.0%; having only one child, assurance, emotional communication and childrearing effect are the best predictors of a communication atmosphere with total explained variance of 41.0%; male parents, having only one child, families with two children, assurance, responsive warmth and emotional communication are the best predictors of a communication effect with a total explained variance of 40.6%; having only one child, responsive warmth , emotional communication and childrearing confidence are the best predictors of a communication effect with total explained variance of 49.7%.
    9. There is a causal model that exists and indicates a direct effect among childcare service quality, parents’ efficacy and parent-teacher communication.

    Finally, conclusions and suggestions are drawn in accordance with the discussion.
