摘要: | 近年來台灣電信業者對於落實CSR之議題紛紛展開積極的行動,且開始認真思考及重視CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR)道德規範,其起因於電信產業的自由化,刺激了另一波產業經濟發展。因此國內電信業者以「取之社會,用之社會」觀念從事公益的同時,也藉由標竿管理模式界定四個面向-公司治理、企業承諾、社會參與、環境保護,作為提升企業形象與探討管理意涵之主軸。
本研究以質性研究方法為主,應用方式分別以「個案研究」、「文獻分析」與「深度訪談」三角交叉驗證方式,來取得較適切的研究結果;期盼議題探索,協助國內電信業以前瞻、創新之精神,分享資源,帶動整體產業升級,創造出企業的最高價值,真正落實CSR之精髓;針對國內二大電信業者「台灣大哥大」與「中華電信」在執行CSR四個構面探討。研究結果發現,四個構面的重要性各具擅長,電信業者運用企業獨特的資源和核心能力,投入相關的公共議題,除了改善公司的競爭環境外,亦可使社會同時受益,達成利益共享之共融社會。
Taiwan's telecom carriers have started to implement CSR's positive these years, There began to ponder and attention to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR) with moral integrity seriously. In this study, the main qualitative research methods, application methods, respec-tively, as "case studies", "literature" and "depth interviews" triangulation of methods to obtain more appropriate findings; look forward to exploring topics to assist domestic telecommunications industry forward-looking spirit of innovation, sharing of resources, promote overall industrial upgrading, create the highest value of the enterprise, to reclaim of CSR's quintessence. In accordance with two carriers "TWM" and "Chunghwa Telecom" to investigate four dimensions of CSR.
Study found that each of the four dimensions having good point; telecommunica-tions using unique resources and core business expertise, investment-related public is-sues is can be improve the company's competitive, it can salutary both of society and business, reach to shared of an inclusive society. |
