    摘要: 臺灣社會變遷情況下,家庭組織結構多樣化及家庭人數逐漸減少,雙生涯家庭增多之下,造成許多家庭功能式微,甚至無法承擔子女保護與照顧之職責,而照顧品質不夠,必然會造成日後的少年問題,甚至於成人的社會問題;再者,鑑於近年來有關保母從事家庭托育工作時,出現虐待、不當照顧、意外傷害及猝死的事件經常頻傳,因此,在少子女化及保母需求日益增加的趨勢下,使得保母家庭托育議題引發公部門的重視,政府單位自2000年以來便陸續積極推展「保母證照制度」、「社區保母系統實施計畫」,期待藉此增加保母參與社區保母系統的意願,並讓地方政府得以掌握保母的托育現況,適時給予輔導與協助,以提升保母專業知能,建構保母托育管理輔導制度,並保障嬰幼兒的照顧權益與品質。
    本文期待啟動不同觀點檢視,透過工作動機、社會支持系統與專業服務品質等變項重新研究整合社區保母支持系統各項相關議題。本研究結果為以下三點:
    一、照顧比例偏低或偏高皆會降低社區保母系統保母人員之工作動機。
    二、照顧比例越低社區保母系統保母人員之專業服務品質較佳。
    三、社區保母系統保母人員之內在動機表現普遍較高。
    四、社區保母系統保母人員之工具性支持表現普遍為高。
    Under conditions of social changes in Taiwan, family structures diversifying, family size decreasing, and dual-earner couples increasing all result in the decline of many family functions. Families even cannot bear the responsibility of protecting and caring for the children, and if the quality of care is not enough, it will inevitably result in future social issues of juveniles and even of adults; Furthermore, since in recent years children abuse, improper care, accidents and sudden death happened frequently when a nanny worked in family childcare,and the trend towards fewer children and increasing nanny needs have raised public sector’s attentionabout the issues of family nanny childcare. Since 2000 government agencies have been continuing to actively promote "NannyCertification System ", "Community NannySystem Implementation Plan", expecting to increase nannies’ intention of participatingcommunity nanny system, and allow local governments to grasp the status of a nanny childcare, providing counsel and assistance in a timely manner in order to enhance a nanny’s professional knowledge and construct the management and counseling system of the nanny childcare for protecting the rights and quality of care for infants and young children.
    This article expects to provide different views, through motivation, social support systems and professional service quality and so on to integrateand re-examine the issues related to Child Support System. The results of this study as the following three points:
    1.The over low or high ratio of children to nannies in childcare will reduce community system nannies’ incentive to work.
    2. The lower ratio of children to nannies, the betterprofessional service quality of nannies in community nanny system.
    3.The intrinsic motivation of nannies in community nannysystem is generally higher.
    4. The performance of instrumental support in the community nanny system is generally higher.
