    摘要: 本研究根據促進基本動作發展的概念,設計並探討一套以運動遊戲課程為教學活動為主體之體育課程對兒童動作協調能力之影響。以新北市某國民小學三年級(8-9歲)11個班級中取得2個班級的配合,再依隨機分配得實驗組(n=28)與對照組各1班(n=28),並分別接受10週介入課程或原訂體育課程。使用Movement Assessment Battery for Children II(M-ABC II)為評量工具以評估參與者之動作協調能力。各項測驗結果換算後之分數經加總後,低於56分者歸類為DCD兒童,分數愈高則表現愈佳。實驗組的正常兒童之動作測驗總分數介入前、後分別為 70.3±0.3 與 80.5±1.0;DCD兒童(n=26)之分數則由 59.0±8.1增加至82.2±9.0(配對t-考驗,p<.05),而且其中21人之動作能力已達正常標準,即高於56分。在對照組中,正常兒童與DCD兒童的前、後測驗分數雖呈現增長趨勢(70.5±1.8 vs 71.1±2.7),(45.6±6.6 vs 51.3±7.9,配對t-考驗,p<.05),但DCD兒童的後測分數平均值仍低於56分,即仍屬DCD的定義範圍。所以,相較於無特定性與延續性主題之一般體育教學活動,本研究所採行之運動遊戲介入課程不僅在促進正常8-9歲兒童動作協調能力發展的成效優於前者,亦具改善DCD兒童運動協調能力之效果。
    Goal of the present study was to investigate the contribution of exercise and game curriculum on the motor skill development in children with and without DCD. Fifty-six 8-9 year-old pupils from 2 of 11 classes in one elementary school in New Taipei City were recruited. The SPE was provided twice a week to replace the original PE course for 1classes (n=28, 15 males, 13 females) but the 2nd class’s (control, n=28, 15 males, 13 females) PE course was not altered. The age-matched tests of Movement Assessment Battery for Children II (M-ABC II) were used to assess the motor skill development of pupils. Children who scored under 56 points were assorted as the DCD group.For the DCD children (n=26), M-ABC Test score before and after SPE were 70.3±0.3 up to 80.5±1 (paired t-test, p<.05), respectively. Besides, 21 of 26 DCD children of SPE group were announced as normal after 10-wk. Although test scores of with and without DCD children in control group increased slightly, (70.5±1.8 vs 71.1±2.7, 45.6±6.6 vs 51.3±7.9, paired t-test, p<.05). Besides, the post intervention mean value still in the definition range of DCD children. Thus, comparing with a routine physical education course, this exercise and game curriculum is more effective to the motor skill development of normal pupils. Furthermore, the latter reveals it’s therapeutically potential of 8-9 year-old children with DCD.
