Abstract:	本文以高血糖和高血脂用藥為例，探討醫療院所的規模、權屬別等因素對進用藥品品項決策的影響。本文的研究資料取自2008年全民健保資料庫，整理各醫療院所開立高血糖和高血脂用藥的處方紀錄，以Poisson迴歸模型作為分析方法。將處方紀錄整理歸納後發現，絕大多數的醫療院所在相同成分中都只進用一種藥品品項，顯示在台灣的醫療環境下，藥品利用和品項選擇與醫療院所進用藥品的決策密切相關。本文將權屬、層級等原因納入考量後，可以看出醫療院所在規模(層級)和權屬別均會影響其進用藥品品項。公立院所在進用同成分之藥品品項數會高於私立院所；且規模較大的醫療院所和市場競爭程度較低的醫療院所，會進用較多的藥品品項。
