Abstract:	人口高齡化是一個全球的趨勢，各國在銀髮族社會中一再的關注對老人的照顧方式。「天壇老人養護中心」目前為南部大型老人養護機構，以發揚上天好生之德，促進社會福利，嘉惠老人締造安和樂利銀髮社會的基礎精神下，進一步的創新發展、積極服務更貼近現代銀髮社會的新需要。此單位除了對院內老人提供服務，也將服務對象拓展至縣市社會局委託的獨居老人送餐服務及家屬喘息照顧，受惠人數眾多。如何一再提高新視野、提供新服務及給予政府在制訂福利、服務上建議新思考，走在前線的天壇養護中心是值得我們學習與研究的。對老人養護機構而言，所提供的服務與扮演的角色，對銀髮社會多項工作中貢獻如何？藉「天壇老人養護中心」做探討研究，供銀髮照護上的鼓勵及幫助。 Aging population is a global trend. Therefore, every country concerns about the health care of the elders of the senior society. “Tien-Tan Senior Health Care Center” is the biggest nursing and rehabilitation institution of the south. In the spirit and the foundation of spreading the mercy of the god, facilitating the welfare of the society, benefiting the elders and creating a harmonious and peaceful senior society, it further develops, innovates and actively provides the services which meet the new needs of the modern senior society. Besides providing service to the elders in the center, this institution expands their service to the meals delivery for the solitary elders and the respite care service projects entrusted by the social affairs bureau of the county governments, which benefits a lot of people. How to provide a new vision and new service to the government when it’s making a welfare policy as to offer some new thoughts? As a social facility of front line, Tien-Tan Senior Health Care Center is an institution we can study and learn from. As a nursing and rehabilitation institution for elders, what service do they pro-vide? What roles do they play? And what have they contributed in the senior society? By studying Tien-Tan Senior Health Care Center, this thesis intends to offer encour-agement and assistance to the health care of the senior society.
