    摘要: 本研究將針對非營利組織與學習型組織相關理論、實踐策略與所帶來的啟發等,蒐集國內外相關期刊文獻、出版品及政府文件資料,並進一步整理分析歸納,提出理論架構,並透過實際的深入訪談,了解理論的實用性與關聯性,建構出可能的學習模式並提出建議。藉由探究學習型組織的定義、模型、特徵、關鍵影響因素、診斷評估工具、相關建置學習型組織之相關理論研究為基礎,以國內非營利組織為實證研究對象,以Michael J. Marquardt研究的學習型組織診斷構面為主,採全面性觀點進行研究,從動態學習系統、組織的轉化、人員授權與培力、知識管理以及資訊科技運用等五個構面,兼顧組織行為面與制度面,發展完整涵蓋文獻對學習型組織界定之範圍,並依組織屬性加以適度調整之基礎架構及意涵。
    In recent years, the rapid development of non-profit organizations in Taiwan are of concern and appreciation in Asia and between mainland China and Taiwan. It is ironic that the development of non-profit organizations is usually because of govern-ment disability whick seems to show a serious failure of the government of Taiwan. Therefore, all the non-profit organization need empowerment on management, more efforts and more efficience when using the resources from publics. There is no any doubt the application of marketing management for sustainable development of non-profit organization, it is extremely important. This study will focus on non-profit organizations and learning organizations theory, practical strategies and brings inspiration, etc. The research gathered relevant journal articles, publications, government documents, and further analyzed with inductive proposed theoretical framework. Through the actual in-depth interviews to understand the usefulness and relevance theory. We could construct a possible learning mode and make recom-mendations. By exploring the definition of a learning organization, models, features, key factors, diagnostic assessment tools relevant to build a learning organization is based. The empirical study for a non-profit organization to study Michael J. Mar-quardt the dimensions of the learning organization based diagnosis, comprehensive view of mining research, both surface and organizational behavior aspect of the system. The development of complete coverage of the literature on the scope defined in the learning organization, and implications to infrastructure and property adjusted in ac-cordance with the organization. It is used in five dimensions from learning dynamics, organization transformation, people empowerment, knowledge management and tech-nology application.
