    摘要: 「凝聚力」與「親密關係」在以往的研究文獻中往往並未清楚界定。在面對環境變遷中,企業均視團隊為提升競爭力之核心單位。發展團隊之綜效在人力資源的遴選與組織架構的調整上,應更具彈性與適切性。因此,本研究以區分團隊凝聚力和團隊親密關係為本研究之重點,並以團隊的分析研究對象,利用SPSS18.0之因素分析、階層迴歸驗證兩自變數與組織公民行為、團隊績效之關係,並以台北地區高科技產業之科學園區之公司作為研究對象,探討在團隊親密關係與團隊凝聚力的各別作用下,對於團隊績效之影響強度,並對組織公民行為之中介效果加以論述,研究結果分析證實團隊親密關係於團隊中之重要性明顯大於團隊凝聚力,並對團隊績效造成非常重要的決定性作用。現今企業內部組織之管理運作,仰賴團隊成員彼此互動,其影響甚大,但由過去學術論文可知,探討團隊親密關係與團隊凝聚力相關之研究甚少,以此作為本研究之探討動機,並做為後續學術領域對此重要管理議題研究的重視。
    In the past research literature, "Cohesion" and "Intimacy" both aren’t distinguished clearly. Facing environmental change, business consider team to be the main unit of en-hancing competitiveness. Synergy of developing team is depending on the adjustment of human resources's selection and organizational structure, and it should having more flexibility and appropriateness. Therefore, this study is summarizing past literature to distinguish between team cohesion and team intimacy focused on team-oriented re-search to SPSS18.0 the factor analysis, hierarchical regression verify two independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior , team performance of relationships and consider Science Park in Taipei tech industry a research object, explore the team in-timacy individually under the action of team cohesion , team performance of the inti-macy, and the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior to be addressed , by the findings Corollary team analyzed the importance of team intimacy significantly greater than team cohesion and team performance resulting in a important and decisive role. Nowadays, the internal organization of the management and operation in business, relies on team members interacting with each other, their impact is really great. However, we noticed from the previous academic, there are so less research exploring "team intimacy" and "team cohesion" so we consider the motivation of this study, also consider it subsequent academic research and attaching importance of this management issue.
