摘要: | 隨著多元人才的快速發展,在職進修已是在職人士必修課題,但面對多元的進修管道,在職人士要如何選擇最適合自己的進修課程呢?本研究以參與終身學習決策進行探索,建構在職人士參與終身學習決策之評量表,供欲參與終身學習學員參考。
本研究先透過文獻整理找出在職人士參與終身學習決策潛在因素,並透過問卷調查進行因素確認;接著透過層級分析法,建構在職人士參與終身學習決策層級架構,透過統計與權重計算,建立在職人士參與終身學習決策量表。
問卷一、綜合文獻探討所得到在職人參與終身學習決策的46項評估指標之後,邀請目前已在參與在職進修的學員依據實際參與進修的經驗,進行問卷訪談評分。共回收了有效問卷共40 份。
問卷二、透過上述初測所得出層級架構,使用層級分析法兩兩成對比較的特性,以問卷方式進行問卷調查,研究訪問對象為目前正參與終身學習進修的在職人士們共176 位。本研究發現「心理因素」、「能力因素」、「家庭因素」、「學校因素」及「工作因素」,這五項指標的總權重比已達到60%以上,是在職人士參與終身學習進修時相對重視的評估特性。
