    摘要: 隨著經濟時代來臨,組織將成為企業中最重要的核心資產,現今有許多企業意識到團隊的重要,慢慢地從個人管理轉變為組織化,此時領導者的角色非常重要,可以決定團隊的成敗,為了達成目標需整合組織人力發揮團隊效力來完成,良好的領導模式會使組織成員有不同樣的心態,從心態中建立起認知,而產生組織成員對領導者的評價與回饋行為,漸漸影響成員所展現出之組織公民行為,因此本研究問題是探討領導模式、團隊效能的認知與組織公民行為之間的影響,經由間接文獻之引用及邏輯之推理,發放問卷並加以分析,以期了解三者間之影響。
    本研究樣本以國內銀行業的業務單位成員為研究對象,以問卷為資料蒐集工具,統計方法上,使用信度分析、敘述性統計分析、相關分析及階層迴歸分析來驗證假設。
    研究結果顯示,領導模式對組織公民行為具有顯著正向之影響;領導模式對團隊效能的認知具有顯著正向之影響;而團隊效能的認知對領導模式與組織公民行為之影響具有部份中介效果。根據研究結果,本研究提出相關建議。

    With the economy era, the organization will become the most important core assets, today there are many companies realize the importance team slowly shift from individ-ual to organizational management, leadership role at this time is very important and can determine the team the success or failure, in order to achieve organizational goals need to integrate human play a team to complete the effect, good leadership model will not members of the organization have the same mentality, build awareness from the mental-ity, members of the organization to produce leaders conduct evaluation and feedback, gradually the members of the show's impact on organizational citizenship behavior, so this study was to investigate the leadership model of the cognitive effects of team effec-tiveness and organizational citizenship behavior, and the logic of the reasoning cited by the indirect literature, questionnaires and analyzed in order to understand the three among those affected, the banking sector in charge of providing practical reference as to enhance members' organizational citizenship behavior, the benefits for the organization.
    In this study, samples of domestic banking business unit members for the study, a questionnaire to collect information on the tools, statistical methods, the use of reliabil-ity analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to verify the hypothesis.
    The results showed that leadership model has a significant positive influence on or-ganizational citizenship behavior; leadership pattern recognition on team performance has a significant positive impact; influence cognitive performance and team leadership and organizational citizenship behavior patterns with partial mediating effect on . Ac-cording to the findings, this study proposes recommendations.
