近年來無線技術蓬勃發展,智慧型手機與平板電腦搭載近場通訊 (Near Field Communication, NFC) 技術快速增加,此技術可以用於小額付款、各種票劵、門禁卡、讀取海報等便利功能,但針對服飾實體店面的應用,仍有許多可探討空間。本研究以實體服飾業創新服務為例,實際開發應用程式雛型於Android平台,運用NFC技術提供顧客快速取得店家目錄、服飾資訊搭配、商品位置,並進一步藉由整合型科技接受模式來探討分析顧客對於本系統的下載使用意願,達到運用智慧型裝置讓消費者可以在行動應用程式上取得所需的服務,顧客也能因此享受更便利與快速的購物環境,且找到更符合需求的服飾商品,進一步擴大NFC手機應用範圍。另一方面,問卷結果也顯示績效期望、付出期望、社會影響皆會正向影響下載使用意願;促成因素雖會正向影響下載使用意願但為不顯著。
Due to recent technological advancement in wireless technologies, there is an increasing integration of smart phone and tablet devices with the Near Field Communication technology. This technology applied in small payment, tickets and Mifare card. In addition, there is a convenient function that we can also quickly use RFID to read public message such as posters information. But focus on apparel industry application, it still has more rooms to progress. Introduction of the NFC technology into the entity apparel industry, established through Android user’s platform mobile, Android users are able to access store catalogues, the latest fashion-updates, and previous buying records. And further analysis by UTAUT model to investigate, behaviors and explore of opportunities in existing customer base. This technology can let customers to acquire the service they need by using smart device, and engage in a more personal service at the convenience of the users. Furthermore, we make the application of the NFC phone will be more extensive and convenient. The results show that Facilitating Conditions have a positive impact to the users download intention but not significant; Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive impact to the users download intention.
