台灣五葉松為台灣特有針葉樹種,分佈於中央山脈海拔300~2500公尺處,本研究在探討五葉松之化學成分,先將五葉松的葉部和枝部磨碎,加入甲醇加熱萃取,取得甲醇提取物,經濃縮後之甲醇濃縮物以乙酸乙酯和水做分配萃取,得到乙酸乙酯層濃縮物和水層濃縮物,再將乙酸乙酯層濃縮物經由矽膠、分子篩及逆向碳18管柱層析將成份分離純化,以核磁共振光譜儀、質譜儀等儀器來分析化合物,經由光譜資料分析以及文獻比對後共得到5個純化合物分別為: (E)-tetracosyl 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)acrylate (1); 10a-epi-7-oxo-15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid (2); 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3); 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one (4); (-)-13-oxo-15, 16-dinorlabda-8 (17),11E-dien-19-oic acid (5)。
Pinus Morrisonicola is special species in Taiwan, which are distributed in mountain 300 to 2500 meters above sea level. This study was to investigate the chemical constituents of Pinus Morrisonicola. The powder of Pinus Morrisonicola was extracted three times with methanol under reflux to yield the methanolic extracts. The concentrated methanolic extracts were then partitioned with ethyl acetate and water. The ethyl acetate layer was concentrated and purified via repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18 column chromatography to afford five pure compounds including (E)-tetracosyl 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-
phenyl)acrylate (1); 10a-epi-7-oxo-15-hydroxydehydroabietic acid (2); 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3); 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-
phenyl)propan-1-one (4); (-)-13-oxo-15,16-dinorlabda-8(17),11E-dien-
19-oic acid (5). The structures of 1 – 5 and relative stereochemistry were elucidated on the basis of NMR and MS analysis.
