    題名: 保母在職訓練滿意度之研究: 以新北市某社區保母系統為例
    The Investigation on Childcare Providers’ Job Training Program:A Case Study in New Taipei City

    摘要: 本研究以社區保母系統提供托育服務人員在職訓練為研究議題,以參與過在職訓練課程之托育人員為研究對象,使用問卷調查與焦點座談兩種方法,蒐集量化與質化資料。研究發現如下:
    1. 課程期待並不受到保母的性別,以及在沒有政府補助嵌綁下,是否加入系統這兩個變項的影響。
    2. 在參與過課程後,受試者在回答對於在職訓練課程之實際情形認知上,除了性別與從事托育服務原因外,其他個人變項對於課程實際情形的認知,均有顯著的影響效果。
    3. 在課程滿意度方面,受試者個人的性別、拿取保母證照的年資、家庭對托育服務工作的支持,以及在沒有政府補助嵌綁下,是否加入系統等四個個人背景變項,並不會影響到受試者對於在職訓練課程的滿意度。
    4. 以五種在職訓練課程的內容而言,系統內參與過課程的受試者,以及參與焦點座談的保母,均認為專業知識與專業技巧對其在保母工作內容上的幫助較多,這明顯地表現在課程期待以及對課程實際認知的答題狀況中。
    5. 在課程滿意度的部分,硬體設備的答題狀況最低,無論是問卷受試者還是參與焦點座談的保母,都認為應先做好課前的準備較為妥適。
    本研究最後,也依據實證資料的分析結果,提出具體的實務建議與後續研究建議。
    In this study, the community-system for childcare provider (CSCCP) provides the
    childcare provider in-service training what is the study issues involved in childcare
    staff in-service training courses. By using questionnaires and focus groups collected
    quantitative and qualitative data. The findings are as follows:
    ● Child curriculum expectations are not subject to gender, as well as embedded in
    the absence of government subsidies tied down, whether to join the impact of
    these two variables in the system.
    ● After participating in over the course, the participants responded to the actual
    situation awareness in‐service training courses, in addition to engaging in sex
    with childcare reasons, other personal variables for the actual situation
    awareness course, have a significant impact on results.
    ● In the course satisfaction, subjects the person's sex, pick nanny license seniority,
    family support for childcare work, and in the absence of government subsidies
    embedded tied down, is added to the system, such as the four personal
    background and does not affect the subjects for in‐service training courses for
    satisfaction.
    ● Five courses to the content is concerned, the system involved in curriculum
    subjects, as well as to participate in focus groups in nanny, is that professional
    knowledge and professional skills of its work on a nanny to help contents are
    more evident this curriculum and the curriculum is now looking forward to the
    actual situation in cognitive answer.
    In some courses satisfaction, answer the minimum hardware status, whether to
    participate in focus groups or questionnaires subjects nanny, think more should
    be ready appropriateness before class.
    Finally, this study also analyzed the results based on empirical data, and make
    specific recommendations and suggestions for future research practice.
