Abstract:	要探討目前機構在少年自立生活方案的執行過程。研究者運用質性研究法中的深度訪談法收集與分析資料。依據研究目的邀請具三年以上執行自立生活方案經驗的社工督導，進行深度訪談，共有3位社工督導接受訪談。研究結果如下：一、在自立生活方案的實施方式上，根據機構性質、規模與服務對象的不同，各自發展出適合機構的實施方式。二、在自立生活方案的實施過程與主要內容上，機構從過往的經驗中找出少年未來真正能夠自立的方式。三、在機構對少年自立生活方案的建議上，有現實上的經費問題與城鄉差距，還有政策上長期的關注。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the execution procedure of adolescent independent living programs. Researchers used qualitative research method and in-depth interview to collect and analyze data. A total of three experienced directors of social work were invited for an in-depth interview. The results of this study are as follow: 1. There are 3 factors in order to carry out the independent living programs, the characteristic of the organization, the scale of the organization and the differences of the clients, and each factor develops a suitable style for each organization. 2. The execution procedure of the independent living programs used adolescents past experiences to find a suitable way for them to live independently in the future. 3. However, the adolescent independent living program itself still has some problem such as cost and the unbalance resources between city and countryside; we hope the government policy will pay more attention to adolescent independent living issue.
