    Abstract: Web2.0的運作模式為何?傳統的資訊與知識的產生與搜尋來自於單向的管道,使用者是單純的瀏覽者。Web2.0是基於一個分享、參與、互動的出發點下產生的模式,簡而言之是從單向傳達變成 雙向溝通的資訊或知識分享模式。
    知識是知識管理的核心,對組織而言員工的Know-How常被視為組織的重要資產,知識的分享行為在組織內部更顯重要,在現今網路盛行的時代中,透過網際網路進行分享讓企業的知識與技術可以達到快速的交流及有效的管理,建置友善的知識管理平台是有其必要性。
    本研究即是參考建構主義、虛擬社群、知識管理、Wiki Software等相關文獻,並如何利用現有Web2.0工具,使用內容管理系統和各種功能模組,例如:Wiki、RSS、群組討論…等,建置一知識管理平台,以幫助企業的知識與技術能快速的傳播與分享。
    What is Web2.0 model of operation? In traditional web model, information and knowledge generation and search come from a one-way pipeline, Where users are sim-ply browsing. Web2.0 is a model based on a shareing, participations, interactions arising. In a nutshell it is to a two-way communication of information or knowledge sharing model .
    Knowledge is the core of knowledge management.Employees Know-How often regarded as an important asset to the organization. Knowledge sharing within the or-ganization has become prevalent in today's Internet era.Internet allow employees of en-terprises to share knowledge and technology rapidly and effectively.To builda friendly web2.0 based knowledge management platform is necessary.
    This study referenced constructivism, virtual communities, knowledge manage-ment, Wiki Software and other related paper and books,we also surver existing Web2.0 tools, content management systems, and a variety of functional modules, such as: Wiki, RSS, group discussions ... etc., For building knowledge management platforms to help enterprises spread and share knowledge and technology quickly.
