摘要: | 傳統紡織印染業因其廢水含有害物質,以至於紡織印染業一直被視為污染性工業,因此逐漸改用數位噴墨的方式取代傳統印染;過去數位噴墨均以熱昇華轉印進行織品圖像轉印,亦即先將圖像噴印在轉寫紙上,再進行圖像移轉,為一種兩階段工程之圖像複印方式。而現在數位噴墨科技已發展出熱昇華直噴方式,圖像之轉寫不需經由轉寫紙而採取對被印織物做直接的噴印,節省了中間轉印紙成本。
本研究針對不同的熱昇華複印方式(熱昇華直噴、熱昇華轉印)、不同的印刷解析度(600x600、600x900)及不同的熱烘溫度(180℃、200℃、220℃)熱壓溫度(190℃、200℃、210℃)等變項交叉組合印製於聚酯纖維材質,利用儀器量測數據作為客觀品質之評估並搭配心理物理量法之主觀視覺評估方式找出熱昇華複印在聚酯纖維上最佳的複印方式;此外織品經長時間皆會產生褪色(Color Fade)的現象,因此本研究亦將做染色堅牢度的試驗,以瞭解兩種熱昇華複印方式染色堅牢度(Color Fastness)是否有所不同。
研究結果說明如下:調整適當的解析度與固色溫度,不論在熱昇華直噴或熱昇華轉印均可獲得較佳的色彩表現,尤以固色溫度的控制對品質有更大的助益。熱昇華轉印擁有較佳的耐水洗、耐光堅牢度。在心理物理量法之主觀視覺評估方式上,熱昇華轉印具有較佳的人眼視覺偏好。
Because of the wastewater containing hazardous substances, traditional textile printing industry is still regarded as polluting industries. Therefore, traditional textile printing is gradually replaced with digital inkjet printing. Digital inkjet printing on textile used thermal sublimation transfer printing before, it printed on transfer paper then transferred image to textile. This way is belonging to two step printing works. With the advancement of digital inkjet printing, the direct-to-textile sublimation printing is developed. The printing process is directly print on textile without transfer paper. It reduces the transfer paper cost.
This research uses different Dye Sublimation Processes (Direct-to-Textile Sublimation Printing, Thermal Sublimation Transfer Printing), different Resolution (600x600,600x900)and different Heat temperature(180℃,200℃,220℃), Hot-pressing temperature(190℃,200℃,210℃)of combinations printed on the polyester material. The data measured by the instruments are used to assess the objective quality, and a psychophysical subjective assessment conducted as well to find the best printing method of Dye Sublimation on textile. In addition, the textile will have a phenomenon of color fade after a long period of time. Therefore, this study will also include a color fastness test to understand whether the two dye-sublimation process of color fastness are different. The results showed as follows:
1.Effectively improve the resolution and fixing temperature, both dye sublimation and sublimation transfer can get a better color performance and fixing temperature control has even greater influence to enhance the printing quality.
2. Thermal Sublimation Transfer Printing have better washable, light fastness
3. On subjective visual assessment by psychologically physical quantity method, thermal sublimation transfer printing have better human visual preference. |
