摘要:	本研究旨在探討以SBL現役球員生涯轉換準備相關議題，藉由瞭解SBL現役球員的個人屬性、生涯發展現況、生涯規劃需求、生涯轉換準備及不同背景變項SBL現役球員在生涯發展現況、生涯規劃需求及生涯轉換準備的差異情形。本研究以目前SBL現役球員為研究對象，進行問卷調查。研究結果發現：SBL球員中30歲以下的球員佔了八成以上，大部分球員來自於台北，以大學畢業最多。目前球員球齡平均10年，職籃年資以一年居多，大多數未婚，且尚未有子女。大部分都非旅外球員，六成未當選過中華亞青代表隊，其中有近三成因受傷停賽超過六個月。SBL球員除訓練比賽以外，近七成球員無從事其他工作或活動。而有從事其他工作或活動中，以參與公益活動最多。而球員中，將近四成取得專業技能證照，其中以籃球初級教練居多。大部分球員沒有其他的興趣或專長。球員面臨生涯轉換準備時，以尋找朋友協助居多。將近九成球員希望成立籃球工會，並希望可以提供相關球員福利促進的服務、辦理基本薪資的服務及相關生涯規劃的教育訓練課程。22名球員期望在生涯中再打5年，在職籃生涯結束後可能希望從事的行業中，以專任教練和自行創業居多。不同背景變項SBL現役球員在生涯發展現況、生涯規劃需求及生涯轉換準備都對球員有所影響。 This study was designed to explore SBL players issues related to career transition preparation, by understanding of SBL players’ personality, career development and career planning needs, different background variables SBL career transition preparation and active players in career development, career planning and career transition needs, preparation of the differences. In this study, SBL currently active players for the study, conducted the survey. Results found: SBL players under 30 years of age accounted for more than 80%, most of the players came from Taipei, graduated from the most. Players currently playing time 10 years on average, professional basket most of the length of one year, most unmarried, and have not yet had children. Most non-travel players outside, 60% Chinese Asian youth team have not been elected, which has nearly 30% suspended for more than six months due to injury. SBL players other than training and competition, nearly 70% players free to take another job or activity. While engaged in other tasks or activities in order to participate in charitable activities most. While the players, nearly 40% professional skills certificates, which are predominantly occupied by basketball Junior Coach. Most of the players had no other interest or expertise. When faced with career transition players ready to find a friend to help the majority. Almost 90% player wishing to set up a basketball Union, and hope that can provide relevant Player welfare to promote services, for a base salary of career planning services and related training courses. 22 players expected back 5 years in a career, serving baskets may wish to work in industry after the end of his career, are predominantly occupied by full-time coaches and the owner. Different background variables SBL needs active players in career development, career planning and career transition ready to have an impact on the players.
