在觀光業發達的今天,觀光潛力區是我們在發展觀光事業時,非常重要的課題。觀光潛力區包含了已開發或未開發的區域,其能夠滿足遊客需求,活絡觀光遊憩活動。本研究以台北縣龍門露營區為例,探討觀光潛力區在不同的區域尺度中,其觀光遊憩資源、發展策略、轉型變遷與經營績效的相互關係。在時間軸上,運用疊圖分析方法和地理資訊系統,研究龍門露營區的發展歷程,討論龍門露營區內部小區域的轉型變遷,最後應用DEA分析方法,針對經營者與遊客詳細地評估其績效。龍門露營區的經營策略有飯店式的經營、市場區隔成功、舉辦活動、套裝行程等。對於龍門露營區之未來經營方面,建議多增加觀光資訊的能見度。「觀光資訊」常常是遊客在從事觀光遊憩行為決策的時候之重要依據。所以,建議龍門露營區使用「觀光地理資訊系統」輔助觀光潛力區的規劃。遊客亦可以藉由觀光地理資訊系統、景觀照片的展示、精確的地圖、網頁的介紹,了解觀光潛力區的相關資訊,這將會對於觀光潛力區的發展,有非常大的貢獻。
The tourism potential area is the most important issue of tourism industry in the world. The tourism potential area can cater a tourist needs, improve the active of tourism, witch contains developmental area and wild area.In this article, I try to discuss the transformation of this area and to propose the managing and developmental strategies for Lungman Camping Park by overlay and GIS analysis. In further, I attempt to calculate the benefits by DEA analysis. The current strategies of Lungman Camping Park are including hotel managements, successful market segmentations, sponsoring activities and packaged tourisms. According to this research, the manager should increase the tourism information to promote Lungman. "Tourism Information" is one of the most important ways for the tourists to make decisions. In consequence, I suggest that Lungman Camping Park can establish the tourism GIS to plan this tourism potential area. The tourists can also use this tourism GIS to realize the resources such as the attractions pictures, detailed maps and the web sites about this site. By the research, I hope can contribute suggestions for such tourism potential area.
