摘要: | 本研究主要是利用導電損失原理,以3D立體聚酯織物為基材,以導電、導磁粉體為填充材,不飽和聚酯樹脂和芳香族聚醯胺纖維布為補強材,且以平板型電磁波吸收體結構做為設計基礎,將導電、導磁粉體添加入芳香聚族醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物製成之復合材料中,設計為平板型電磁波吸收體,以3D立體織物0.1cm、0.3cm、0.5cm三種不同之織物孔徑,0.1cm、0.3cm、0.5cm五種不同之織物厚度,各別含浸於不飽和聚酯樹與添加導電、導磁粉體之不飽和聚酯樹脂,並於3D立體聚酯樹脂上下貼和芳香族聚醯胺纖維布,製成電磁波吸收複合板材。分析探討其各者所製成之電磁波吸收複合板材對電磁波吸收效果之影響及機械性質之影響,在芳香族聚醯胺纖維布上塗佈不同比例導電、導磁粉體,分析探討製成之電磁波吸收複合板材,電磁波吸收效果之影響及機械性質之影響。
由實驗結果得知,使用最佳3D聚酯織物厚度為0.5cm,最佳3D聚酯織物孔徑大小為0.5cm,不飽和聚酯樹脂添加15%重量百分比例活性碳粉體為最佳效果,分別以此三種最佳條件製成3D聚酯織物複合板材,製成芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D聚酯織物複合板材,電磁波吸收頻段為4.1GHz-8.5GHz,電磁波吸收值為41dB,在300MHz-8.5GHz中,59%電磁波吸收值高於5dB。
無添加活性碳粉體製成之芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物複合板材,最大應力為59.3MPa,而其最大應變為0.25。而只在3D立體聚酯織物添加15%活性碳粉,製成芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物複合板材,最大應力為46.5MPa,而其最大應變為0.37。而各別在3D立體聚酯織物添加15%活性碳粉與芳香族聚醯胺纖維添加10%活性碳,製成芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物複合板材,其最大應力分別為49MPa,最大應變為0.39。
純不飽和聚酯樹脂製成之複合板材,衝擊強力為11.4583kg-cm,無添加活性碳粉體製成之芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物複合板材,衝擊強力為79.4095kg-cm,製成芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物複合板材,衝擊強力為77.3991kg-cm,而各別在3D立體聚酯織物添加15%活性碳粉與芳香族聚醯胺纖維添加10%活性碳,製成芳香族聚醯胺纖維/3D立體聚酯織物複合板材,其衝擊強力為75.1586kg-cm。

From the experimental results, the best 3D using a polyester fabric having a thickness of 0.5cm, the best 3D polyester fabric pore size 0.5cm, unsaturated polyester resin, 15% by weight of added carbon powder is best case, optimal conditions were thus three kinds of polyester fabric composite sheet made of 3D, made of aromatic polyamide fiber / 3D polyester fabric composite plates, electromagnetic wave absorption band of 4.1GHz-8.5GHz, electromagnetic wave absorption is 41dB, the 300MHz-8.5GHz, 59% higher than the absorption of electromagnetic waves 5dB.
