| 摘要: | 中小企業在台灣的經濟成長過程中一直扮演著重要的角色，其中以台灣產業當中之食品製造業、紡織業、電子零組件業以及汽車零組件製造業，為本研究之抽樣之產業，其產業為奠定台灣基礎之重要產業。
但在全球化的趨勢之下，企業追求國際化以及擁有競爭優勢成長的道路上，國際化的發展代表著廠商將配置不同附加價值活動的管理機能，而國家之間的異質性也使得再處理事業的範圍與組織連時，增加其複雜度，面對產業技術的升級、知識整合和各地政治文化等所面臨複雜問題。競爭優勢為企業要創造出奇制勝的產品，而且要比競爭對手更快、成本更低地建立核心能力。
因此，國際化所面臨的複雜問題與競爭優勢真正的來源，是在於專業經理人或是管理者是否有能力結合企業的科技與生產技術的能力，並賦予企業中的個別事業單位快速適應環境變化的機會。故本研究要探討是否因以上的各種因素而使得雇用專業經理人的比例增加，為本研究之探討。
Small and medium enterprises in Taiwan economic growth has played an im-portant role in the process, with Taiwan industries of food industry, textiles, elec-tronic components and automotive components manufacturing. These industries for the sampling of this research, the industry as the important industry of Taiwan's foundation.
Under the trend of globalization, the enterprise the pursuit of internationaliza-tion, and have a competitive advantage, the road to growth, the development of in-ternationalization on behalf of the manufacturer will configure different value added activities of management function, and the heterogeneity between countries also makes the reprocessing business scope and organization, increasing its complexity, in the face of the upgrading of industrial technology, knowledge integration and local political culture facing complex problems. Competitive advantage for the enterprise to create a winning products, but also faster and lower cost than its competitors to establish core competence.
Therefore, the complex problem of competitive advantage and internationaliza-tion faces the true source, is the professional managers or ability whether managers have the ability to combine science and technology enterprises, individual institutions and given in the enterprise quickly adapt to the environment change opportunities. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether due to various factors above that employ professional managers ratio increased, as my study. |
