近年來,隨著團隊在組織的應用上逐漸提升,個人與群體配適此一概念也日趨重要。為了擴展個人與群體配適的的知識領域,本研究以個人與群體配適為自變項,探討團隊成員與團隊的配適程度和群內衝突之關係,並透過團隊成員對所屬團隊之凝聚力中介機制作用,以進一步釐清此二變項之關係。本研究以新竹科學園區內電子科技公司之研究發展部門人員作為研究對象,獲得290份有份橫斷面的有效配對樣本,透過線性結構模式(LISREL)的檢定與分析結果發現,個人與群體配適和團隊凝聚力會對群內衝突產生負向的影響。此外,個人與群體配適對團隊凝聚力則有正向的影響關係。
Recently, due to the increased use of teams in organizations, the concept of person-group fit has been more important. To extend the horizon of person-group fit, the research taking person-group fit as independent variable discusses the relationship between the level of team member fit and the intragroup conflict, and further clarifies the relationship between the two variables through the mediatory mechanism of the cohesiveness. The study takes researchers of the electronics company of Hsinchu Science Park, and receives 290 copies of cross sectional effective samples. The person-group fit and cohesiveness bring the negative influence on intragroup conflict through the test and analysis of LISREL. Besides, the person-group fit has a positive influence on cohesiveness.
