The architectural membrane has excellent value promote the development of this product. It’s characteristic include light transmittance、specific strength、low creep、self-clean、build fast. This study will work on the trend of energy and carbon reduces, decrease the air-conditioning electricity in membrane structure. This product was sandwich structure by glass fiber woven / micro-porous PU / glass fiber woven to obtain the property of water-vapor permeable and liquid-water impermeable. The glass fiber woven provide mechanical properties used PTFE to package it and to make self-clean.
The PTFE / glass fiber woven spray with two-stage of 70g/min, heat treatment at 240℃ have optimal property of hydrophobic and interface adhesion. The contact angle is 124° and not changes after 10 min, increase 50.06% than sample under 30g/min spray rate, wetting on 10sec; increase 6.05% than sample of 50g/min,complete wetting on 31sec. The weight of spray is 24.7 g/m2
The glass fiber / micro-porous PU / glass sandwich structure composite which with three-stage-coating with 300μm have well water-vapor permeable and liquid-water impermeable. The pressure values is 3080 mmH2O, increase 300.16% than sample of 30g/min; the water-vapor permeable is 834.7 g/m2.24hrs, decrease 300.16%. The average totally thickness is 695μm; Thickness of micro-porous PU is 120.54μm. Totally weight is 820.7g/m2; weight of micro-porous PU is 143.1g/m2. Width of porous between of 20-60 um, average is 32.98 um.
The water-vapor permeable and liquid-water impermeable membranes spray by twogstage of 70g/min, forming at 240℃ and composite which with three-stage-coating with 300μm have significant property in this paper. The pressure values is 3830mmH2O, increase 24.35% than composite by three-stage-coating with 300μm used glass fiber woven unsprayed PTFE. The water-vapor permeable is 495.1 g/m2.24hrs, decrease 40.68% than composite by three-stage-coating with 300μm used glass fiber woven unsprayed PTFE . The totally thickness is 701μm; Thickness of micro-porous PU is 150.07μm. Totally weight is 845.1g/m2; weight of micro-porous PU and PTFE is 167.5g/m2. Width of porous is about of 30-70 um, average is 50.61 um.
