Search Engine is probably the most important and popular invention on the nets. How to get the proper information in a short time is an issue for both Internet services providers and users. How to define the used keywords is important in this mobile generation.
Unfortunately, the satisfaction of search results can be effected by lots of factors, such as past experience, user intention, users involvement and keyword understandings. The user intention might be users’ behavioral intention, which includes recognition, affection, and imagery. Another expected factor is“involve theory”, including product, personal experience and situation.Different involvement might also change the user's search motivations and patterns.
This study aims to understand the relationships among user intention, varied involvements and the choice of search utilities based on Task-technology fit (TTF) theory. Therefore, a revised Internet search service is proposed for more accurate search results in this research.
