    Title: 沒食子酸與沒食子酸丙酯在乙醇,丙二醇與N-甲基吡咯烷酮及其二元混和溶劑中之溶解度測量

    Abstract: 各種固態物質或藥品的溶解度可以提供研究參考用途及商業應
    用價值,利用這些數據和資料,改善研究的方針與操作模式,再透過
    基礎理論及運算模式加上參考的資料便可加以達到研究品質與新的
    變化。沒食子酸為抑制細胞組織纖維化的藥品,而沒食子酸丙酯為食
    品級抗氧化劑,廣泛應用於食品加工業。
    本研究測量沒食子酸及沒食子酸丙酯分別在298.15K、303.15K、
    308.15K、313.15K、318.15 下分別溶於乙醇(EtOH)、丙二醇(PG)、
    N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)與其混和溶劑丙二醇(PG)與乙醇(EtOH)、丙
    二醇(PG)與N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP) 、乙醇(EtOH)與N-甲基吡咯
    烷酮(NMP)三種不同比例的混和溶劑中,並利用紫外可見光光譜儀測
    量其溶解度,結果顯示兩種藥品在純溶劑或混合溶劑的溶解度都隨著
    溫度增加而增加。將純溶劑的量測實驗值以van't Hoff 模型回歸所得
    到的百分比偏差,沒食子酸及沒食子酸丙酯的純溶劑溶解度的百分比
    偏差值平均值分別為1.77%及1.94%。而混和溶劑的溶解度是利用
    Jouyban–Acree 模型回歸,其百分比偏差平均值分別為3.28%及2.16%。

    Solubility data of many pharmaceutical compounds are important for
    research topics and commercial applications, and efforts are extented to
    obtain a number of mathematical fitting models for solubility prediction.
    Gallic acid is used as inhibitor of human cell fiberization and propyl
    gallate is used as antioxidant in food processes. In this investigation, the
    solubilities of gallic acid and propyl gallate in ethanol (EtOH), propylene
    glycol (PG), and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and their binary
    mixtures of EtOH+PG, NMP+EtOH, and NMP+PG were measured by a
    spectrophotometer at the temperatures of 303.15, 308.15, 313.15, 318.15,
    323.15 K and atmopheric pressure condition. The results show that the
    solubility of both solids increases with increasing temperature in all pure
    and binary solvents. The generated data in mono-solvents at different
    temperatures were fitted to van't Hoff plot, the overall mean deviations
    gallic acid and propyl gallate in pure solvents were 1.77% and 1.94%,
    respectively. And the data in solvent mixtures were fitted to the
    Jouyban–Acree model, the overall mean deviations for gallic acid and
    propyl gallate in mixed solvents were 3.28% and 2.16%, respectively.
