經營企業充斥各種變數與風險。對內有部門衝突,對外要面對競爭者威脅與大環境衝擊,永續經營更是一項挑戰。本研究動機為探討影響企業持續性競爭優勢的因素,並將範圍鎖定為智慧型手機產業。本研究目的為透過文獻整理並定義持續性 競爭優勢;透過問卷統計找出影響關鍵因素。
研究架構結合Hill 和 Jones (1998)所提出的競爭優勢四大基礎與Teece 等學者(1994)所提出的動態能力觀點。研究方式以統計分析方法進行探討,將研究問題相關影響因素做層級架構的階層化分析,並用問卷調查統整專家學者們之意見,找出最終影響因素。
研究結果顯示影響智慧型手機企業的持續性競爭優勢-創新為關鍵成功因素。在資源集中在達成低成本與差異化的目標過程中,得知智慧型手機產業中維持企業持續性競爭優勢的創新能力需要仰賴技術性資產為基礎,方能維持持續性競爭優勢。
The operating business is full of a variety of uncertainties and risks. Internally there may be departmental conflicts; externally people will have to face the threats coming from competitors and the impact of the environment. Moreover, sustainable management is a bigger challenge. The motivation of this study is to discuss the factors that affect sustainable competitive advantage, and focus the field on smartphone industry. The purpose of this study is to summarize and define sustainable competitive advantage through reference documents, and discover important influence factors through questionnaires.
The structure of this study combines the four basic competitive advantages, presented by Hill and Jones (1998), and dynamic capabilities, presented by Teece et al. (1994). The method of the study is to proceed discussion through statistical analysis methods, analyze the influencial influencing factors of research questions by analytic hierarchy process, and organize the experts’ and scholars’ opinion with questionnaire survey, to discover the final influence factors.
The results revealed that innovation, the factor that influences the sustainable competitive advantage of smartphone industry, is the key to success.
