Abstract:	企業的首要任務乃在為股東謀取最大利益且讓資產效用發揮至極大，在無形資產占公司市值比重逐漸擴大的趨勢中，智財權證券化為企業找出一條活化資產的捷徑，因此本研究以專利權價值因子為自變項，探討與投資人投資意願之關係，發展適合專利權商品化的評價架構。本研究以台灣北、中、南三地投資大眾為樣本對象，獲得147份的有效樣本，透過t分配與因素分析法，得到影響投資大眾投資意願的主要五個因素：(一)專利權技術熟成度與被授權企業相關策略、(二)專利權技術特質、(三)互補性資產、(四)專利形成障礙程度與(五)專利範圍與信用評價。 The key task of the enterprise is to make the most interests for the shareholders and help the assets effectiveness, which means that the market capitalization of the enterprise's intangible assets is trending higher and the intellectual property right securitization find a way to activate the enterprise's assets. Hence, this study uses patent evaluation factors as the independent variable to explore the relationships between investor's will which leads to develop an evaluation model for patent commercialization. In this study, investors in northern、midland and southern part of Taiwan are selected as my sample which 147 effective sample observations are collected. I use the t-test and factor analysis to verify the five major factors that affect the investor's will: (1)the patent's technique mature degree and the authorized enterprise's strategy； (2)the patent's technique characters； (3)the complementary assets； (4)the degree of complication and (5)the range of the patent and issue rating.
