Abstract:	本論文以政治社會化及政治甄補理論探討革命實踐研究院的人才培育與訓練工作,亦即從系統功能理論,探討政黨體系如何透過教育訓練課程,社會化其所甄補的對象並使之有效成為領導人才,也就是中國國民黨這個政治體系,如何透過革命實踐研究院這個專責訓練機構,發揮中國國民黨的政治社會化及政治甄補功能. The paper tries to use the approach of "system functional analysis" as well as the theory of "political socialization" and "political recruitment" to study how KMT performs these functions in the training Institute to socialize its members to be leaders.
