    摘要: 本研究目的在探討F壽險公司業務人員對不同的主管領型態是否會影響工作滿意度,組織文化是否形成干擾效果,故以領導型態、工作滿意度及組織文化所造成的影響,進而探討其間之關聯性。本研究採用群集抽樣問卷調查方式,分別以北部、中部、南部及東部之業務人員為抽樣對象,並按人口比例發放 800 份問卷,有效問卷 520 份,有效回收率65 %,以 SPSS 統計軟體進行實證資料分析。
    研究結果顯示領導型態對於工作滿意度有顯著影響,尤其以轉換型領導對工作滿意度的影響最為顯著;組織文化對工作滿意度具有顯著正向的解釋能力,此研究結果作為壽險業界在經營傳統業務員通路時之參考。
    I Research this purpose to probe into F life insurance company business personnel to in charge of necking type attitude can influence working satisfaction different, or-ganize culture and form and interfere with the result, so and organize the influence that culture causes with the leading type attitude, working satisfaction, and then the one that probe into during that time is related. The investigation method of the questionnaire that this research adopts and troops sampling, regard business personnel of north, the middle part, south and east as the target of sampling separately, and release 800 questionnaires according to the proportions of people, 520 valid questionnaires, 65 of effective rate of recovery, count the software and carry on the analysis of real example with SPSS.
    The result of study reveals the leader type attitude has influence of showing on working satisfaction, especially lead the impact on working satisfaction to be most ap-parent for the changing type; It organize been cultural it has to be the apparent to satis-faction to work to explanation ability, this result of study is regarded as the reference of the industry of the life insurance at the time of managing traditional business personnel's thorough fare. hanging climate environment, constant nature disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods.
