The goal of this research is to know how to strengthen the crisis management of the law-enforcement in C.G.A. With the cases that we gather and the analysis that we make, we could get several conclusions which are considered as the advices to the crisis management of the law-enforcement in C.G.A. The principle references of this essay is FEMA(Integrated Emergency Management System, IEMS) which is served as the axe of our analysis of the cases that we mention. Without discussing the definition of the crisis management, this essay could be divided into five chapters:
I. The presentation of the research, the definition of the some words and the method of this research.
II. The step of the crisis management and the discussion of the “crisis”, inclusive of the development and how to resolve it.
III. The analysis of the cases that we gather .(we analyze and category the cases with their characteristics and their causes which are so called the conception of the Crisis Portfolio.)
IV. The discussion of the C.G.A. crisis management system (with the idea that Fink gave and the standard step of the crisis management that we take right now.)
V. The conclusion of the essay(this work is based on the conception that Nunamaker gave and we give several advices that the C.G.A. should take.)
