| 摘要: | 科技的發明及文明的演進，讓人類從農業生活、工業革命到數位時代。在傳播科技日益進步及迅速發展的情況下，也帶來媒體生態的改變，面對數位時代的來臨及媒體相互競爭的情況，傳播媒體勢必將進行一連串的改革及轉變，尤其媒體本身製作方式的改變及觀念的轉化在這樣的情況下更形重要。
數位時代的來臨將改變傳播技術進而改變傳播內容的產製過程，媒體業者為了面對數位化所帶來的競爭，除了將影音資料內容等全面數位化外，「新聞數位化」更是一個明顯的例子。
本研究目的在探討新聞傳播的舊面貌與新型式之間的差別性，以『舊面貌與新型式--傳統與數位化電視新聞產製作業流程比較』為題，並以東森新聞台為研究個案。透過文獻的分析及探討，瞭解過去傳統電視新聞的產製作業流程、電子媒體內容數位化的發展現況以及數位化下的電視新聞產製作業流程。進而透過個案研究，以深入訪談方式瞭解：
(一)電視新聞數位化的過程。
(二)電視新聞數位化的意義為何。
(三)數位化下的電視新聞產製作業流程。
(四)電視新聞數位化改變及影響新聞從業人員工作內容為何。
(五)新聞從業人員對電視新聞數位化接受程度及勝任程度。
深入訪談瞭解個案後，歸納整理分析再與過去傳統新聞產製作業流程做一比較，進而瞭解傳統方式與新型式兩者間的差異及轉變。
經研究發現，電視新聞數位化最大的改變是在『新聞製造』、『新聞播出』的部分，對於『新聞產生』的部分，則沒有太大的改變。
The technical innovation and the development of civilization have enabled human beings proceed from the agricultural era, industrial revolution to the latest digital age. The speedy advance of communication technologies has also contributed the transition of media. Facing the digital age and the competition in the industry, the media are destined to embark on a series of transformation, in particular, the methods and concept of production.
The advent of digital age will bring change to the communication technologies, and furthermore, transform the production process of its content. It announces the digitization of both video and audio data, and what is more, the digitization of journalism.
This study is to explore the differences of journalism before and after the digital age. Combining the analysis of literature and the case study of ETTV, this work attempts to understand the production procedure of traditional TV news, the status of digitization of media content, and the production procedure of news in digital TV. This research includes five directions as follow:
1) The course of digitization of television news.
2) The significance of the digitization of television news production.
3) The production procedure of television news in digital age.
4) The impact of digitization of television news on journalism professionals.
5) How well the television news professionals acknowledge and cope with the digitization of television news
By in-depth interview, analysis, and comparison of news production in different models, the variation and transition are laid out for better understanding. It can be concluded that the differences are mainly seen on shooting, filming and other production segments as well as broadcasting method. On the contrary, the influence of digitization is less evident in news happening, sourcing and program planning stage. |
