    摘要: 本研究問題是探討組織公正(Organizational Justice)與服務導向組織公民行為(service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors)之關係,經由間接文獻之引用及邏輯之推理,發現兩者之關係有必要進一步釐清。
    This study empirically examines the relationship between Organizational Justice and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors.
    In addition, The present study explores the relationships among organizational justice, trust, and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors based on the sample of the employees of marine export and import department .The purposes of this research are listed as the following:1.Creating a relation pattern between the organizational Justice and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors.2.Verifying the relation patterns between the organizational Justice and service-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors and brand equity based on trust as the prevalence.
    The research this research are listed as the following:
    1.Distributive justice, loyalty organizational citizenship behaviors and affective trust dimensions are with positively related to characteristics and distributive justice has no positively related to with cognitive trust, service delivery organizational citizenship behaviors and participation organizational citizenship behaviors dimensions. Furthermore, the distributive justice prevalence effect generated via affective trust a strong positively related with loyalty organizational citizenship behaviors.
    2.Procedural justice, loyalty organizational citizenship behaviors and cognitive trust are with great positively related to characteristics and distributive justice has no positively related to with affective trust, service delivery organizational citizenship behaviors and participation organizational citizenship behaviors dimensions. Furthermore, the distributive justice prevalence effect generated via cognitive trust a strong positively related with loyalty organizational citizenship behaviors.
    3.Interactional justice, participation organizational citizenship behaviors and affective trust are with great positively related to characteristics and interactional justice has no positively related to with cognitive trust, loyalty organizational citizenship behaviors, and service delivery organizational citizenship behaviors dimensions. Furthermore, the interactional justice prevalence effect generated via affective trust a strong positively related with loyalty organizational citizenship behaviors.
