    Abstract: 本研究目的是棒球投手使用功能性足弓鞋墊對跨步腳膝關節和踝關節偏移、跨步腳著地衝擊、球速、控球精準的影響，方法：本研究為相依樣本重複量數設計，以22名男性大專甲組棒球投手為受試對象，在一天的實驗中，隨機執行實驗組 (穿著功能性足弓鞋墊) 或控制組 (穿著原廠Mizuno釘鞋配附的平底鞋墊)的快速直球投擲各15球，共30球，投手投擲過程中由測速槍、高速攝影機、加速規分別記錄跨步腳膝關節和踝關節偏移、跨步腳著地衝擊、球速、控球精準。
