台灣資訊廠商需面對供應鏈的內部競爭的替代風險,亦承受無法承接其他訂單的 接單風險,導致營運形貌產生巨大的轉變。為此,本計畫嘗試利用不同數量模型,捕 捉供應鏈競爭廠商的動態競爭、競合策略與競爭因子,進而瞭解廠商加入(合作)與退 出(競爭)供應鏈體系,與廠商彼此競合間的動態風險。因此,首先透過 Chen(1996)所 提的動態競爭分析所含的市場共同性與資源相似性構面,衡量廠商彼此間的競爭關 係。其次,透過 AMC理論,辨識競爭廠商的相對規模、競爭報酬與專利優勢等驅動 因子,決定焦點廠商該採取的理論競合策略。 最後,藉由單變量不對稱 GJR-GARCH模型,分別鑲入理論與實際的加入(合作)、 退出(競爭)供應鏈,與差異性的交互作用項,更細緻探討各種競合策略對品牌框架風 險連動;並透過動態條件相關的向量誤差修正多變量 GJR-GARCH模型刻劃焦點與競 爭廠商彼此的競爭替代風險效應。冀希計畫結果對台灣資訊廠商進行供應鏈佈局之決 策參考依據。

The IT manufacturers in Taiwan are faced with the risks of internal competition in the supply chain, and are unable to take other orders, resulting in a huge shift in operational patterns. For this reason, this project attempts to use different methods to understand the supply chain competitors’ dynamic competition, competing strategies and competitive factors, as well as the dynamic risks of the manufacturers’ entry (cooperation) into, and exit (competition) out of, the supply chain system. This study measures the competition relationship of firms in the market commonality and resource similarity dimensions as proposed by Chen (1996). Second, through the AMC theory, this study identifies the relative size of the competitors, competition rewards, patent advantages and other driving factors to determine the theoretical co-opetition analysis of the focus firm. Finally, an asymmetric univariate GJR-GARCH model compares the embed theory, entry (cooperation) into and exit (competition) out of the supply chain, and the role of diversity, to explore the linkage between various co-opetition analysis methods and brand framework risks. This study also utilized Vector Error Correct Multivariate GJR-GARCH to analysis the competition alternative risk effects of the focus firm and the competition firm. It is expected that the results can serve as a reference to Taiwan’s IT manufacturers in decision-making regarding supply chain vendors.
