    Abstract: 隨著時代的進步、文化的變遷,台灣依循歐美進步國家的腳步而走,目前已成為實行週休二日國家,也意味著臺灣已開始進入重視休閒生活的國家。目前是健身俱樂部充斥的環境,各家健身俱樂部的設備也都大致相同,想要經營出一間與眾不同的俱樂部,除了人事管理上的努力,還要不斷創新產品,創造更多新型式的運動,來吸引消費者。因此本研究主要目的為探求健身俱樂部之優勢舞蹈課程主要理念為何,以及健身俱樂部如何設計與行銷自有的舞蹈課程,與同業間之競爭優勢的要素和目前舞蹈課程對其他課程的競爭力。本研究主要探討舞蹈教師對於健身俱樂部優勢舞蹈課程設計的原則與內涵,研究者以四位舞蹈教師為研究對象,透過訪談以及相關文件的分析,將資料進行彙整歸納,得到結論如下所示:
    一、健身俱樂部與舞蹈教師擁有相同共識,可提高消費者滿意度;
    二、舞蹈教師配合健身俱樂部,使用最小成本創造最大利益;
    三、舞蹈教師與消費者之間,缺乏完善的溝通橋樑;
    四、目前市面健身俱樂部舞蹈課程方向雷同;
    五、「滿足消費者」為舞蹈教師課程設計第一原則;
    六、在「滿足消費者」的前提下,舞蹈課程內容常因人數多寡而改變;
    七、舞蹈課程內容多領域整合是未來發展趨勢。
    Along with time progress and cultural transmutation; in the wake of progressive countries in Europe and America, Taiwan is one of the countries have implemented two days rest on week. It means Taiwan starts to attach importance the leisure life. The environment is glutted with fitness clubs. There are approximately same equipments. If you wanted to manage an out of the ordinary club, you should make an effort to personnel management and constantly bring forth new ideas in product and exercise, in order to attract more consumers. The main purpose of this research is to seek the idea of superiorly dance course of fitness clubs; how do fitness clubs design and market their own dance course; the key factors of advantages between same business competition, and the competition between present dance course and the others. The explorative method of this research is to study the opinions of dance teachers about the design principle and connotation of superiorly dance course. The researcher chose four dance teachers for research objects, and made use of interviews as well as analyzed related documents, then combined the information to obtain the conclusions as fellows:
    1. The fitness clubs get to a common view with the dance teachers can enhance satisfaction of the consumers.
    2. The dance teachers coordinate with the fitness clubs and use minimum cost to make maximum benefit.
    3. There lacks consummative communication methods between the dance teachers and consumers.
    4. At present the market condition fitness clubs have the same direction of dance course.
    5. The first principle of design course by dance teachers is to satisfy consumers.
    6. According the premise of satisfying consumers, the dance course content often changes by population.
    7. To combine multi-domain contents of dance course will be a trend of development in the future.
