    摘要: 本研究旨在探討我國國家級保齡球教練領導行為之研究。本研究以1994~2005之間,曾經擔任國家保齡球代表隊之八位優秀執行教練為研究對象。本研究採質性研究方法,藉由深入訪談方式,以國家級保齡球教練領導行為設為五大主題「教練領導行為」、「教練價值觀」、「教練對隊員之訓練與管理方式」、「教練領導球隊之團隊凝聚力」、「教練與選手間相處之相關問題」,歸納整理研究結果得到以下結論:(一)一位優秀的國家級教練是要有責任感、理念、行動力、好的人際關係、與選手良好互動、有一套完整的組織管理、具信賴感。(二)至於民主式的教練領導行為模式,是被大部分保齡球教練所採用的。(三)教練的價值觀對於選手自我設定目標與達成,亦是相當的重視。(四)而在訓練與生活管理方面,教練最常要求選手自我約束、自我管理,以配合團隊的整體行動和發揮個人最佳戰力。(五)對於團隊凝聚力,教練認為是不可或缺的成功因素。
    教練因應趨勢走向國際化,除了不斷充實專業素養,更應加強外語能力,提升選手素質和成績表現。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the national bowling coaches’ leadership behavior in Taiwan and the qualitative research method had been applied. There were 8 elite bowling coaches ever in charge of the national bowling teams from 1994 to 2005. The leadership behavior, values, player’ training and administration, team cohesiveness and the relationship between coaches and players were set as five major categories of coach’s leadership behaviors to be discussed. Via the interviewed to subjects the main findings were listed as followings:
    1. The responsibility, vision, implementation, public relationship, interaction organization and administration and trusty were the obvious characteristics of the national elite coaches.
    2. The leadership behavior of democracy model was applied by majority of national elite coaches.
    3. The players’ goal setting and accomplishment reflected much the value of the elite coaches.
    4. The players’ self-control, self-management, cooperation and keep in good condition were most common what elite coaches expected in daily training and administration.
    5. The elite coaches believed that the team cohesiveness was necessary for the success of the team.
    Finally, the elite coaches should equip with the concept of globalization, the ability of self-learning, the ability of foreign language, the ability to improve players’ required characteristics and performances.
