    摘要: 本研究採行動研究法,以研究者所任教一個國中二年級共39位學生為對象,旨在以研究對象對個人生涯發展的認知情形為基礎,設計適合研究對象學習的「生涯發展教育方案」融入綜合活動領域課程,實施一學期教學,同時評估「生涯發展教育方案」的實施成效,及對研究對象生涯發展的影響,並透過行動研究來省思教學歷程遭遇的問題及解決方法,提供作為國中綜合活動課程任課教師實施生涯發展教育教學時的參考;本研究透過教師研究者的參與觀察,並以桃園縣K12數位學校開設「生涯發展教育行動研究工作坊」網路課程及相關學習單、訪談記錄、課程回饋、研究日誌等文件資料來作為資料搜集與分析的工具。 歷經一學期的生涯發展教育融入綜合活動學習領域的教學行動研究,獲得以下研究結果: 一、掌握學生的起點行為來發展課程方能落實以學生為主體的教育理想,更能瞭解學生的學習需求。 二、以能力指標難易程度來進行系統化課程規劃,以行動研究循環模式來發展一學期共三單元的生涯教育方案,有助於發展課程的縱向聯結,與橫向統整,有效增進學生的生涯發展。 三、一學期班級本位的生涯發展教育融入綜合活動學習領域課程實施,能有效培養學生在自我覺察、生涯覺察與生涯規劃等方面的基本能力。 四、教學行動研究有助於基層教師發現問題、探究與解決教學歷程所遭遇的問題,在行動研究中拉近理論與實務的距離,促成教師專業的成長。
    This research adopted the method of action research and the samples are 39 students of a second grade class at one junior high school in Taoyuan county. The purposes of this research are to investigate the students’ comprehension of their career development, and to plan one scheme of a semester for improving the students’ career development, and to assess the scheme at its effect of implementation and the influence on the students’ career development. Through taking action research to ponder over the problems and solution in the process of teaching and learning. The results of this study also provide a reference for junior high school Integrate-Activities teachers. The tools for collecting and analyzing the materials through the participating observation, the career development education course given on Taoyuan K12 Digital School, interview record, files such as homework and studying sheets and daily record of research.
    According to the principal findings of this action research for one semester of teaching are summarized as the following:
    1. Investigating the students’ behavior before learning career development education will let teacher know more about the students’ needs for studying .
    2. To plan systematic scheme of career development education with basic competence indices of 1st to 9th grade curriculum, and develop three

    little scheme for one term by the circulation of action research could contribute to the students’ career development.
    3. The implementation of the infusion of career development education, which is student-centered and class-based, practiced in the integrate activity learning area curriculum could effectively cultivate students’ abilities of self- perceptivity, career-perceptivity and career planning.
    4. Teaching action research availed teachers to detect and dive into the problem and to find the solution during the teaching course. It also could bridge between academia and practice and facilitate teachers’ professional growth.
