    Abstract: 本研究係以資料包絡分析法(DEA)探討國內十四家金融控股公司經營績效,經參酌相關理論、過去研究文獻及相關分析後慎選六項投入及產出變數(分支機構通路數、利息費用、營業費用、固定資產總額、利息收入/保費收入、手續費收入/買賣利益),透過資料包絡分析法之整體效率分析、技術效率、規模效率及規模報酬分析、差額變數分析等,衡量金融控股公司經營績效,提供改善建議。
    This research, using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), studies operational efficiency based on a sample of fourteen domestic financial holding companies. This essay, beginning from the boundary of information industry and combining the theory of information products and cybermarketing, chooses six input and output variables (including the number of branch accesses, interests expense, operating expense, total assets, interests revenue/insurance revenue, service fees/gain on sales of securities available-for-sale) .Using Data Envelopment Analysis, this study analyzes the operational efficiency of financial holding companies in order to provide managing ranks suggestions for improvement.
