    摘要: 空調系統的使用提供了人們舒適的生活環境,空調系統中在密閉空間裡需要引進新鮮的空氣與排出廢氣,但相對的也消耗了大量的電力負荷。本研究利用針葉樹漂白牛皮紙漿與陶瓷纖維,配合填入適當比例的幾丁質、矽膠與氧化鋁等吸濕材料,使用濕式抄紙方式製造透濕的複合紙材,來作為能同時回收顯熱與潛熱的全熱交換器的隔板材料。
    本研究首先在實驗室抄造三種不同游離度紙漿(450ml、550ml、600ml)的紙張,分別以四種不同之漿料配比針葉樹漂白牛皮紙漿(簡稱NBKP)與陶瓷纖維,並添加幾丁質、矽膠與氧化鋁等吸濕材料。經由手抄紙的物理性質測試,以找出最佳化的高擴散能力低乾燥水份殘餘率交流式全熱交換器隔板原紙。
    經由實驗室發現,游離度於450ml時以NBKP:陶瓷纖維:SWP = 80:20:10的漿料配比添加20 % 幾丁質與10 % 矽膠或NBKP:陶瓷纖維:SWP = 90:10:10的漿料配比添加10 % 甲聚醣與20 % 矽膠,具有較佳的透濕性質。
    The use of air conditioning equipment raises our living standard .In an airtight environment, air conditioning equipment needs to absorb lots of fresh air and to release sour exhausting air at the same time ,but this imposes a heavy load on energy consumption. In this study, Nadelholg Bleached Kraft Pulp (NBKP), ceramic fiber, and inorganic filler, such as chitin, silica gel, or alumina oxide, were used to fabricate the plate base sheets, which represent the major component unit of paper-made total heat exchangers. Using the total heat exchangers to recycle the exhausting indoor air would reduce the energy loading of air conditioning. These factors lead to a strong incentive to develop more efficient paper-made total heat exchangers.
    Three different kinds of pulp freeness (450, 550, and600ml) and the optimum composition of the base sheets for the total heat exchangers were examined. Systematic studies of the physical properties of base sheets, such as tensile strength, tearing strength, ring crush strength, porosity and wet-permeation, were investigated and their effects and performances of the assembled total heat exchangers were discussed.
    It is found that, Sample with a freeness is 550ml, the ratio of NBKP and ceramic fiber and SWP is 8 to 2 to 1; adding 10 % absolute dried filler of chitin and 10 % absolute dried filler of silica gel, and sample ratio of NBKP and ceramic fiber and SWP is 9 to 1 to 1 but by adding 10 % absolute dried filler of chitosan and 10 % absolute silica gel have the best wet-permeation performance.
