摘要: | 專案管理在近年不僅只是學術新興領域,更逐漸被產業界所重視。許多產業實務對專案管理能力之需求日增,尤其在高度競爭的環境下,有愈來愈多的組織或團隊相信採取專案方式能夠提高業務執行效率與效果。台灣隨著大學教育的普及化,更帶動的是終身學習與職場能力培訓的市場,許多教育訓練機構亦開始在課程企劃、開課、服務等等流程中傾向以專案方式執行。因此,強化個人的專案管理能力是否能夠提昇工作績效,其實質效益值得加以探討。但至今有關專案管理能力之效益,仍只有在建築產業以及軟體開發產業之實證結果,尚缺乏對教育訓練機構之實證研究。
本研究旨在探討教育訓練機構企劃人員專案管理能力與工作績效之關係,期望能夠藉由問卷調查之實證分析以瞭解專案管理九大知識領域中各項能力對於工作績效的影響程度。同時,本研究依台灣教育訓練產業之現況,將受訪機構區分為標竿機構及一般機構以探討專案管理能力在不同的機構屬性中的影響效果,作為實務上各機構導入專案管理教育訓練之參考。
本研究主要有三點發現:(一)在機構屬性不同的情況下,雖然專案管理能力與工作績效出現不同程度上的相關性與顯著性,但整體而言仍屬顯著相關,可見專案管理能力之重要性;(二)在不同的機構屬性下,當組織與作業型態愈趨向於專案性質,專案管理能力對工作績效的影響程度愈大;(三)經由逐步迴歸分析結果顯示,在標竿機構中以成本管理與範疇管理能力對工作績效的影響程度最大,在一般機構中則以風險管理能力對工作績效的影響程度為大。
In recent years, project management is not only seen in academic areas, but also in industries. The need to apply project management skills in industries is getting higher and higher, especially in the modern competitive market. Due to the popularity of aca-demic education in Taiwan, it has opened a new market in life-long learning and job-skill training and a number of training institutes also start to apply project manage-ment concept in their curriculum plans. Therefore, it is worth discussing if strengthening the skills of project management to personnel can really better the job performance. Un-til now, the analysis on the performance is still limited in the industries of architecture, construction, and software-developing. We hope the result of this study can be used as a reference in education industry.
This study is to discuss the relationship between the training institute personnel’s project management competency and their job performance. Through questionnaires survey and statistical analysis, we examine the effective level among 9 project man-agement knowledge areas. In addition, the effects of organizational types were dis-cussed.
The research results suggest three points. First, even with different attributions, the relationship can still be found between project management competency and job per-formance. Second, in different institutes, the more tendencies towards a project-oriented organization, the more impact we have between project management competency and job performance. Third, in focused institutes, cost management and scope management have more impact on job performance. However, in general institutes, risk management has more impact on job performance. |
