    Title: 遊客對於主題式溫泉館之遊憩涉入與遊憩體驗之研究
    A Study of Tourist Involvement and Recreation Experience for a Themed Hot Spring Hotel

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討主題式溫泉遊客遊憩涉入與遊憩體驗之關係,以瞭解溫泉遊客之遊憩及消費行為。本研究以問卷調查法,針對實際至八里區大唐溫泉館參與泡溫泉活動之遊客進行調查,共回收有效問卷540份。根據所得資料以描述性統計、信度分析、項目分析、相關分析、迴歸分析統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現:
    一、遊客參與主題式溫泉館遊客遊憩涉入因素之排序以「愉悅性」為最高,其次依序為「重要性」、「中心性」和「象徵性」。
    二、主題式溫泉館遊客之遊憩體驗在心理體驗滿意度方面,前三項依序為「在大唐溫泉館讓我覺得心情愉快」、「在大溫泉唐泡湯讓我感覺沈澱思緒」及「在大唐溫泉泡湯讓我感覺身體健康」。
    三、主題式溫泉館遊客之遊憩體驗在環境體驗滿意度方面,前三項依序為「使種免費浴衣選擇服務令人滿意」、「使用多功能消費電子腕帶令人滿意」及「館內設計富主題性讓人產生共鳴」。
    四、遊憩涉入與遊憩體驗之間存在正相關。
    The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between leisure in-volvement and recreation experience for a themed hot spring resort and further more to understand the recreation and consumer behavior for the hot spring visitors. This study adopts questionnaire survey method to investigate those tourists who visit and enjoy the hot spring in Tang Spa Resort in Bali district of New Taipei City. There are 540 valid questionnaires collected. According to the collected information, it is ana-lyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings of the study concluded in the following aspects:
    1. The most important factor to the leisure involvement for a themed hot spring’s tourists is enjoyment, then followed by importance, centrality and symbolization.
    2. The top three of satisfaction on psychological experience for recreation ex-perience, tourists of a themed hot spring resort are “I feel enjoyment in Tang Spa”, “I feel calmness of mind in Tang Spa” and “I feel health in Tang Spa”.
    3. The top three of satisfaction on environment experience for recreation ex-perience, tourists of a themed hot spring resort are “I am satisfied by pro-viding free bathrobe”, “I am satisfied by providing multiple-function RFID wristband” and “It was touched by its themed interior design”.
    4. Positive correlation relationship are found between leisure involvement and recreation experience in this study.
